Luncheon FAQ

 AOSCGWA Luncheons are held on the third Thursday of each month. We gather from  10:30 to 1:00 at Patton Hall (unless otherwise noted).

Guests: All members have the privilege of bringing guests to AOSCGWA luncheons, however, no person eligible for membership shall be admitted as a guest to any AOSCGWA Luncheon more than once in an AOSCGWA year.

AOSCGWA Luncheon Reservation Policy: The deadline to register for a luncheon is the Friday before the date of the luncheon. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend the luncheon, you must cancel your reservation the Friday before the date of the luncheon in order to be eligible for a refund.  If you do not cancel your reservation by the Friday before the luncheon, you will be charged for the cost of your meal.  Please note that your reservation has guaranteed your attendance and in doing so has purchased a meal on your behalf.

If you have invited a guest or have a permanent reservation, the same guidelines apply for cancelling a reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation by the Friday before the reservation, you will be charged for the cost of your meal and/or your guest's meal.
